When the bot detects an emergency (gas leak, flooding, no heat, etc.), automatically offer to transfer the caller to your team.

Customize what your bot asks customers. Reorder with arrows, edit wording, or add your own questions. Follow-up questions are asked first to understand the customer's needs, then contact capture collects their info.
